Cargowise Business Process Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join an innovative freight forwarding and logistics business in a newly created role. You will own the optimisation and development of CargoWise, working closely with Operations, IT and key stakeholders to streamline processes, improve productivity and maximise system value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and CargoWise optimisation across the business.
• Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, KPIs, reporting and process standards.
• Lead and support business improvement and system projects from requirements through to implementation and sign‑off.
• Monitor CargoWise usage, data quality and process compliance, providing first‑line support and escalating technical issues when needed.

Required profile

• Strong background in freight forwarding operations with hands‑on CargoWise experience.
• Proven experience in process improvement, systems optimisation or operational excellence.
• Analytical approach to identifying gaps and delivering practical solutions.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary £60,000‑£90,000 per year plus car, bonus and benefits.
• Remote working from the UK with occasional travel to company offices.
