Cargowise IT Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support professional with extensive knowledge of Cargowise to join our client’s team in the Heathrow area. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and offers the chance to work on both day‑to‑day support and larger IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for all user Cargowise issues.
• Assist with Cargowise IT projects, including system implementations.
• Escalate complex incidents to second‑line support when required.
• Support various Microsoft applications and basic network infrastructure.
• Perform IT supplier activities such as procurement.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of IT support experience, preferably with Cargowise.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to manage priorities.
• Integrity in handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Cargowise – extensive hands‑on experience.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic network infrastructure support.
