CargoWise Support Operator

About the role

We are looking for a CargoWise Support Operator to join a logistics‑focused team near Heathrow. This position blends freight‑industry knowledge with IT support responsibilities, offering a clear pathway for candidates who want to move from operational freight work into a technology‑centric role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for CargoWise users, handling system errors, access problems and general queries.
• Log, track and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Escalate complex incidents to second‑line teams or external suppliers as needed.
• Assist with CargoWise projects, including upgrades, integrations and implementations.
• Support testing activities such as UAT and post‑implementation reviews.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Offer basic support for Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Troubleshoot simple network and connectivity issues and liaise with external IT suppliers.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements or automation opportunities.

Required skills

• CargoWise (hands‑on experience required).
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
• Experience with ticketing/help‑desk systems.
• Basic networking and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Understanding of UAT testing and system documentation.

What we offer
