Carpenter – Multi‑Trade Specialist

About the role

If you’re an experienced carpenter who can turn your hand to a range of jobs and takes pride in your work, we'd like to hear from you. You will work in customers' homes delivering day‑to‑day repairs, maintenance and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out multi‑trade repairs with a primary focus on carpentry, including doors, locks, frames, skirting, architraves and flooring.
• Repair kitchen units, worktops, bathrooms, windows and other areas to a high standard.
• Perform minor wall repairs, tiling, basic plumbing‑related fixes and patch plastering.
• Replace fixtures, fittings, handles, locks and ironmongery as required.
• Record work completed, materials used and update progress through work orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service and keep residents informed throughout the repair process.

Required profile

• Solid experience in carpentry and ability to undertake general maintenance and multi‑trade repairs.
• Confident using hand and power tools and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑friendly attitude.
• Physically fit and happy with hands‑on work.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (preferred).
