Case Management Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Case Management Assistant to join our team in Tenterden. In this fast‑moving position you will support case managers, clients and support workers, helping to deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services for people recovering from brain injury.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to case managers and the wider team.
• Organise meetings, prepare professional documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate staff holidays, property adaptations and urgent care staffing requests.
• Maintain accurate records and update case files as required.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office operations and client communications.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator by telephone and email.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
