Case Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Case Manager to join a leading company in Manchester. You will own client relationships, coordinate job bookings with the technical team and see cases through to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to client queries, delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
• Engage existing clients via phone, email or face‑to‑face meetings.
• Prepare quotes for clients and liaise with the technical team to schedule jobs.
• Track progress against deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Arrange meetings and calls with prospective clients and the commercial team.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns to maximise outreach.

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and computer literate.
• Understanding of a sales‑focused environment and how to support the team.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
