Case Manager (Legal, Mortgage & Financial Services)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Case Manager to oversee client cases from enquiry through to completion within the legal, mortgage and financial services sector. You will work closely with clients, lenders and third parties to ensure a smooth, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple live cases from initial enquiry to final settlement.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and third parties to keep cases progressing.
• Gather, review and process documentation accurately.
• Keep clients informed at every stage of the process.
• Chase outstanding information and resolve queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
