Casual Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Casual Housekeeping Assistant to join the team at Audleys Wood Hotel, a 4‑star country house hotel within the Hand Picked Hotels portfolio. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, creating a magical first impression for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms to the highest standards.
• Refresh rooms with fresh towels, toiletries, and personalised amenities, including tea, coffee and biscuit stations.
• Maintain public areas, ensuring they are spotless and welcoming.
• Support colleagues by self‑checking rooms and assisting in other hotel areas as needed.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high standards.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
