Casual Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Copthorne Cardiff, part of Millennium Hotels UK, is seeking a Casual Room Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across our hotel rooms and public areas. You will work alongside a supportive team and benefit from training through our academy.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and vacuum all areas.
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities according to company guidelines.
• Perform regular deep‑cleaning tasks and ensure all housekeeping equipment is in good working order.
• Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain an environmentally aware approach to all cleaning activities.
