About the role
Join FedEx’s dynamic delivery team in Swansea as a Cat B Courier. You will be the face of FedEx, ensuring parcels reach customers safely and on time while representing the brand with professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to customers across assigned postcodes.
- Operate FedEx vehicles on defined routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for each delivery.
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
Required profile
- Reliable team player with a strong customer focus.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and detail‑oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driving licence for the vehicle type assigned (held for at least 2 years is an advantage).
