About the role

A leading specialist law firm is expanding its Serious Injury team and is looking for an Associate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join as a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value, complex personal injury claims while developing a dedicated caseload.

Key responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of serious and personal injury claims.
Assist on high‑value, complex and catastrophic injury matters.
Progress files in line with targets and KPIs.
Supervise, mentor and support junior team members.
Contribute to the development and reputation of the team.

Required profile

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4‑5+ years PQE.
Strong experience in personal injury, including serious or catastrophic injury claims.
Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet targets/KPIs.
Familiarity with case management systems.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational, communication and client‑care skills.
Ability to supervise, coach and mentor junior colleagues.
Flexible approach with willingness to travel where required.
