Category Executive – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Category Executive on a fixed‑term contract (until December 2027) to join our Category Development team at Müller Milk & Ingredients. The role offers a hybrid working model, combining time on customer sites, at home and in one of our UK locations.

Key responsibilities

• Transform data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Category Managers on projects, presentations and monthly category reports.
• Maintain and update key trackers such as pricing and promotions.
• Own the monthly Category Bulletin and communicate in‑store highlights.
• Provide data and insights to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with numbers and data.
• Interest in retail, supermarkets or shopper behaviour is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
