About the role
We are seeking an experienced Category Insights Executive to join a leading food manufacturing company that supplies major UK grocery retailers and foodservice customers. You will work closely with key retailer accounts to deliver data‑driven insights that shape commercial strategy and drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver category insights and strategic recommendations to major UK retailers.
- Analyse sales, market and consumer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions and new product launches.
- Support commercial, technical and NPD teams with market intelligence.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in category insight, market insight or commercial analysis.
- Background in FMCG, food manufacturing or a related sector.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
Required skills
- Kantar data platform.
- Nielsen data platform.
- Retailer EPOS data analysis.
