Category Manager – High Street, Forecourts & Convenience

About the role

We are looking for a confident and collaborative Category Manager to join the Marketing function at KP Snacks. The role will shape the future of snacking across High Street, forecourts and convenience channels, developing insight‑led solutions that grow the category and increase physical availability.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively lead customer category partnerships and build trusted relationships across customer teams.
• Provide best‑in‑class category insight, reporting and recommendations.
• Support the High Street, forecourts and convenience category agenda and help shape channel priorities.
• Share internal and external insights and contribute to the creation and delivery of customer‑facing materials.

Required profile

• Confident and collaborative professional with a strong customer focus.
• Strategic thinker who can translate shopper needs into actionable plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with Category, Sales and Marketing teams.
