Causation Litigation Executive

About the role

Join HFPeople’s leading counter‑fraud department as a Causation Litigation Executive. You will support a high‑volume team that handles over 700 cases annually, using innovative tools to combat fraud for insurance and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documentation and case files.
• Conduct legal research and summarise findings.
• Manage case administration, ensuring files are current.
• Liaise with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
• Support fee earners in case progression.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) – essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a legal career.
• Proactive, professional, and team‑oriented approach.
