About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Centre Coordinator to be the first point of contact for everyone entering our Croydon building. You will deliver a warm, efficient reception service and help build strong relationships with our tenants and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, helpful, and responsive reception service for customers, callers and visitors.
- Act as Fire Marshal and coordinate fire evacuations when required.
- Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen relationships and understand their business needs.
- Handle day‑to‑day customer enquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Organise customer events and prepare meeting rooms.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Proven ability to resolve customer complaints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑starter who enjoys building relationships.
Required skills
- MS Office
- Basic IT packages
