Centre Manager – Part‑time

About the role

Oxford Innovation Space is looking for a part‑time Centre Manager to lead the Culham Innovation Centre. You will be the public face of the centre, driving commercial success and ensuring a vibrant community for innovators.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the figurehead for the centre locally, regionally and nationally, promoting its reputation and offerings.
• Take overall responsibility for financial and commercial performance, including sales, marketing and budget management.
• Attract new occupiers and retain existing ones through effective commercial and operational activities.
• Develop and nurture the partnership between Oxford Innovation Space and Culham Campus, identifying joint initiatives.
• Deliver world‑class facilities, support services and collaborative connections for the centre community.
• Oversee training and development of centre staff.

Required profile

• Passion for innovation, people and results‑driven environments.
• Proven leadership experience in a customer‑focused or service‑led setting.
• Commercial mindset with experience in sales, marketing and budget oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to work with, support or develop professional networks.

Required skills

• Part‑time contract (22.5 hrs per week) with flexible working patterns.
• Competitive salary between £42,000 and £45,000 per year.
