CFO / Finance Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic CFO / Finance Director to join a fast‑growing, PE‑backed technology business headquartered in Bristol. The role offers a Management Equity Scheme and the chance to shape financial strategy as the company expands its Annual Recurring Revenue streams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO to drive financial planning, modelling and analysis for board‑level decisions and private‑equity investors.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash‑flow management to sustain 30% EBITDA growth.
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls, governance and compliance across UK and international operations.
• Lead the finance team, ensuring high‑quality financial statements and insights for strategic initiatives.
• Participate in the Management Equity Scheme and contribute to value‑creation activities.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional with senior experience as a Finance Director, CFO, Financial Controller or Head of Finance.
• Proven track record in the technology sector or similar fast‑growth environments.
• Experience working with private‑equity‑backed companies is highly desirable.
