Change Communications Manager (2‑year fixed‑term)

About the role

GSK is seeking a Change Communications Manager to lead internal communications during a period of organisational transformation. This 2‑year fixed‑term position will work closely with senior leaders to shape messaging that supports key strategic priorities and drives employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic communications plans for company priorities and change programmes.
• Create high‑quality materials such as messages, presentations, scripts and Q&A documents.
• Provide senior‑level advice and insights to leaders, ensuring consistent and confident communication.
• Support leader‑led activities including town‑halls, events and video messages.
• Leverage data, AI and insights to monitor impact and continuously improve communications.

Required profile

• Proven internal communications experience in a complex, international organisation.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and cultural sensitivity to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience working on large, cross‑functional change programmes.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving decision‑making.
