Change Lead – Business Transformation

About the role

Greencore is seeking a Change Lead to drive successful delivery of transformation initiatives within the Making Business Easier (MBE) programme. Based in Leeds, you will design and implement business change activities that align with project plans and support the company’s growth in the convenience food sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the business change approach using the agreed framework.
• Develop high‑level and detailed impact assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and create engagement plans.
• Plan and monitor readiness for go‑live, including readiness assessments.
• Design and execute launch communication plans, collaborating with local teams.
• Create collateral for stakeholder engagement and launch communications.
• Analyse training needs, develop training approaches and coordinate with training leads.
• Identify risks and obstacles, implement mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business change or transformation roles.
• Strong analytical skills for impact and readiness assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business areas.
