Change Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Change Manager to join a leading Housing Association in London on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hybrid (1‑2 days on‑site) you will partner with senior leaders to drive large‑scale transformation, business improvement and organisational change initiatives, ensuring new processes, systems and ways of working are adopted across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across a portfolio of transformation and business improvement programmes.
• Develop and implement change strategies to support adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness reviews and adoption planning.
• Design and deliver communications, engagement plans and change interventions.
• Monitor and measure change adoption, benefits realisation and programme effectiveness.
• Provide assurance that change activities align with governance, frameworks and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with directors, heads of service, HR, technology, procurement and communications teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and support benefits tracking and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading organisational change, transformation or business improvement programmes.
• Background in housing, property, public sector or other regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
