Change Trainer

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position, based in our Bristol office, will support Project Nova – a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across seven UK sites. Working under the Change Lead, you will design and deliver role‑specific training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs and project teams across all UK locations.
• Partner with change leads and functional experts to understand Dynamics 365 processes and identify training impacts.
• Conduct training needs analysis and skill assessments for over 1,800 users.
• Design, develop and deliver virtual and in‑person, role‑based training covering system navigation, end‑to‑end business processes, user guides and digital learning content.
• Create engaging learning assets using Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office and other digital platforms.
• Support business readiness activities, including user acceptance preparation, go‑live readiness and post‑go‑live hyper‑care.
• Maintain training records and report on change readiness, adoption and effectiveness.
• Identify and escalate training‑related risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training in large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting multi‑site, cross‑functional implementations with large user populations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate at scale.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end business processes beyond system navigation.
