Change Trainer

About the role

Based in our Bristol office, you will join a 12‑month fixed‑term programme delivering Project Nova – a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP rollout across seven UK sites and 1,800+ users. Working under the Change Lead, you will design and deliver role‑specific training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs and project teams across all UK locations.
• Partner with functional experts and implementation partners to understand Dynamics 365 processes and identify training impacts.
• Conduct training needs analysis and skill‑gap assessments for all user groups.
• Design, develop and deliver virtual and face‑to‑face, role‑based training covering system navigation, end‑to‑end business processes, user guides and digital simulations.
• Create engaging learning assets using Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office and other digital platforms.
• Support business readiness activities, including user‑acceptance preparation, go‑live readiness and post‑go‑live hypercare.
• Maintain training records, report on readiness and adoption, and flag risks with mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training in large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Background in ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting multi‑site, cross‑functional rollouts with large user populations.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes across finance, operations and risk.
