Change Trainer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Change Trainer to deliver high‑impact training as part of a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation across seven UK offices. Reporting to the Change Lead, you will support system adoption, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities over a nine‑month project.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams across all UK sites.
• Partner with change leads and functional SMEs to understand Dynamics 365 ERP processes.
• Conduct training needs analysis and skill assessments to define learning strategies.
• Design, develop and deliver role‑based training both virtually and in‑person.
• Create system training, end‑to‑end business process training, and user guides.
• Produce engaging learning assets using Adobe Captivate and Microsoft Office.
• Support business readiness activities, including user acceptance preparation, go‑live readiness, and post‑go‑live hyper‑care.
• Maintain training records and report on change readiness, adoption, and effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate training‑related risks.

Required profile

• Proactive, relationship‑focused trainer with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confident delivering training to varied audiences and translating technical content into user‑friendly learning.
• Proven experience in change training or learning roles within large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering ERP training, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
