Change & Transformation Consultant – Ex-Forces Programme

About the role

Join FDM Group as a Change & Transformation Consultant on the award‑winning Ex‑Forces Programme. This role supports service leavers in transitioning to a civilian career, delivering change initiatives for a range of clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee critical change projects for client organisations.
• Operate in roles such as Change Manager, Transformation Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Apply project management, business analysis and change‑management methodologies learned in the FDM Skills Lab.
• Progress towards Principal Consultant level and work with global companies on diverse assignments.

Required profile

• Previous career in the military, blue‑light services, or as a reservist/serving spouse.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational abilities.
• Clear interest in business and technology.
• Commitment to at least two years of full‑time employment with FDM.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
