Charter Co‑Ordinator

About the role

This position supports the Charter Director of a specialist online charter yachting company, working directly with high‑net‑worth clients to sell and deliver weekly charters. Based in central London, the role offers a pathway to develop within the business and move into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively support the Charter Director and engage new and existing high‑net‑worth clients to sell weekly charters, meeting revenue targets and generating referrals.
• Organise client preference sheets, book hotels and transfers, and coordinate details with yacht captains.
• Prepare yacht proposals by liaising with yacht managers to gather availability, specifications and pricing.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with clients and track communications from the sales team.

Required profile

• Strong experience in operations, personal assistance, executive assistance or luxury travel consulting.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy inbox and extensive to‑do list.
• Experience dealing with high‑net‑worth individuals is an advantage.

• Salary of £40,000 per year.
• Training with the opportunity to move into a sales role after six months.
• Commission potential with an OTE of £20,000 in the first year.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday office‑based role in central London.
