About the role
We are a niche surveying practice expanding across the South West, seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor/Project Manager to work from our Bristol office. You will lead the project management of insurance claims for high‑net‑worth individuals and commercial businesses, handling complex losses and contributing to business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end insurance claim projects, often exceeding £1 million in value.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop new business opportunities within the South West region.
- Collaborate closely with the Resident Director on strategic initiatives.
Required profile
- MRICS qualification through the Building Surveying Division.
- Proven experience handling large, complex insurance losses for high‑net‑worth and commercial clients.
- Strong understanding of building surveying and project management principles.
