Chartered Financial Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Financial Planner to take over a high-value client bank within a well-established IFA practice in Cheshire. The successful candidate will deliver independent, comprehensive financial planning advice to an existing portfolio that generates over £500k annually.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial planning advice across all product areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with long-standing clients, delivering a high level of service.
• Manage and grow the assigned client bank, identifying opportunities for additional advice and services.
• Collaborate with the firm’s support team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Planner or Independent Financial Advisor, preferably Chartered.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to acting in clients’ best interests.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.

Required skills

• Financial planning and advice across investments, pensions, protection and tax.
