Chartered IFA – Experienced Financial Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered (or near‑Chartered) Independent Financial Advisor to join a multi‑branch, market‑leading IFA practice in Hove. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to an existing client portfolio from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver holistic financial advice covering trusts, inheritance tax (IHT), Enterprise Investment Scheme (EISS) and Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs).
• Provide retirement planning and investment recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with in‑house admin and paraplanning teams to support client service delivery.

Required profile

• Chartered IFA qualification or progressing towards chartered status.
• Proven experience as a financial adviser or planner with strong planning capabilities.
• Ability to manage a diverse client base and meet compliance requirements.
