About the role
We are seeking a Chartered Independent Financial Adviser to join a reputable financial planning firm in Kent. You will work with an existing client bank, providing pension, investment and insurance advice to high‑net‑worth individuals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews for clients with up to £1 million of investable assets.
- Identify and recommend suitable new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the paraplanning team to deliver tailored advice.
- Manage leads and report progress to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial advisory role.
- Level 4 Diploma (or higher) and progress towards Chartered status.
- Competent Adviser status in current role.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and act as a self‑starter.
Required skills
- Pension planning and advice.
- Investment portfolio management.
- Insurance product knowledge.
