Chartered Paraplanner

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered professional to join a collaborative financial planning business. You will work closely with the firm’s Financial Planners to deliver high‑quality, compliant advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality suitability reports for clients.
• Conduct complex technical research on pensions, investments and tax planning strategies.
• Analyse client portfolios and provide tailored financial planning recommendations.
• Offer technical support to advisers and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner status (or equivalent Chartered qualification).
• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning firm.
• Excellent knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and broader financial planning.
• Strong report‑writing, research and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and thorough understanding of FCA compliance.
• Experience with Intelligent Office is preferred but not essential.

What we offer

• Salary range £45,000 – £55,000 per year.
• Hybrid working model (3 days in the office).
• Flexible 35‑hour week (9:00 am – 5:30 pm).
