About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at St Petrocs Bistro in Padstow, Cornwall. This role offers the chance to develop your culinary career within a celebrated restaurant that is part of a Top 25 Best Hospitality Company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a designated section during service, ensuring every dish meets our high quality standards.
- Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff, helping them build confidence and skills.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to execute Rick Stein’s signature dishes and maintain the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Required skills
- Food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Kitchen station management.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

- Hourly wage of £12.70 plus up to £6,100 per year in tips, paid weekly.
