Chef de Partie

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Warner Hotels’ new Runnymede on Thames property in Englefield Green. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will take ownership of a designated section and help deliver high-quality dishes for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes within your assigned section (e.g., grill, larder, or mise en place) to the hotel’s standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and consistency throughout service.
• Assist in stock control, ordering and receiving of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery.
• Contribute to menu development and special dietary requests.

Required profile

• Passion for food and a strong pride in the quality of every dish.
• Experience working in a branded hotel or restaurant environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
• Flexibility to cover early and late shifts, five days a week.
