Chef de Partie

About the role

As a Chef de Partie you will be at the heart of our kitchen, responsible for a specific section and ensuring every dish meets our high standards of presentation and quality. You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food service from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items within your section efficiently and to specification.
• Maintain strict food safety, storage and hygiene standards in line with legislation and company policy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Keep your work station clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar Chef de Partie or kitchen role.
• Genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication, time‑keeping and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
