About the role

Join the Swan Inn as a Chef de Partie and lead a dedicated section of our kitchen team. You will help deliver high‑quality dishes, mentor junior staff and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Champion brand standards and mentor chefs and kitchen team members.
• Run a specific kitchen section, coordinating tasks and workflow.
• Prepare all ingredients and stations before service begins.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Cook dishes to specification and possess thorough knowledge of the menu.
