About the role

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join a luxury hotel in the New Forest. The role offers the chance to work with fresh seasonal produce in a supportive brigade, with live‑in accommodation available.

Key responsibilities

• Run your own section during busy service
• Prepare and cook high‑quality fresh food dishes
• Support junior chefs within the brigade
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Work closely with the senior team to deliver consistent service

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Passion for fresh food and high standards
• Calm and organised during busy service
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable chef looking for a long‑term opportunity
