About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our busy bar and restaurant on the Exeter quay. This part‑time role offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment, creating contemporary dishes with locally sourced produce.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate dishes to exact specifications while maintaining high quality standards.
- Follow all hygiene and safety procedures throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
- Adapt menu items using our flexible menu‑writing process to meet guest needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Ambitious, team‑oriented and able to work flexible hours.
- Passion for delivering quality food that delights guests.
