Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes to exacting standards.
• Assist in developing new menu items and innovative dishes.
• Maintain consistent presentation and efficient service throughout your section.
• Ensure a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and follow all food safety, hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
• Manage your section effectively, staying calm under pressure.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Passion for fresh, high‑quality ingredients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong organisational skills.
• Commitment to the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Desire to learn, develop, and progress within a successful kitchen.
