Chef – Emirati & Arabic Cuisine

About the role

Join a dynamic, high‑volume central production kitchen serving high‑profile clients. As a Chef you will create and present dishes inspired by Mediterranean, Indian and Middle Eastern flavours, ensuring every plate meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and prepare hot and cold dishes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Plan menus, select ingredients and control portions to maintain consistency.
• Purchase, store and rotate food supplies while keeping accurate inventory records.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers and ovens.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and support junior staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high‑volume, high‑profile kitchen or large‑scale catering operation.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines.
• Recognised culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering creative, high‑quality food.
