Chef – Flexible Hours & Tips

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join the busy kitchen team at Falco Lounge. You will work alongside the Head Chef to deliver a flexible all‑day menu, ensuring every dish meets our high standards from prep to plate.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh dishes, including tapas, breakfast items and grill specials, to specification.
• Support the Head Chef with daily prep, service flow and maintaining kitchen standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety and allergen procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to provide a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude, able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience in a high‑volume kitchen as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie.
