About the role

Our client, an award‑winning signage, branding and modular stand specialist with headquarters in the UK and Spain, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to steer its global financial strategy. This board‑level position will support rapid international growth and ensure robust financial governance across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop finance teams across the UK and European operations.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Advise the executive team on financial strategy to support business objectives and expansion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in the UK and EU jurisdictions.
• Oversee financial reporting, audit programmes and internal controls.
• Optimise cost structures while creating long‑term value.
• Support M&A activity and conduct financial due diligence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to foster innovation and growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Finance Director or senior finance leader in an international environment.
• Experience in strategic planning, financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen and collaborative mindset.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
