About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Child Support Worker to join our residential setting in Hackney. You will help vulnerable children and young people feel safe, supported, and develop the skills they need to thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily routines and promote positive behaviour.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Collaborate closely with the wider care and education team.
- Administer medication safely according to care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of health, medication and wellbeing.
- Ensure health, safety and wellbeing standards are met at all times.
Required profile
- Experience working in a residential, SEN, SEMH or care setting.
- Confidence in administering medication and following care plans.
- Ability to keep precise records and documentation.
- Commitment to supporting vulnerable children to achieve their full potential.
