Children, Youth & Families Minister (Full‑time)

About the role

The Children, Youth & Families Minister will lead Trinity Lewes’s ministry for children and young people aged 4‑18 and their families. Working full‑time, you will nurture disciples of Christ, build and support volunteer teams, and help parents raise their children in the Christian faith.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee age‑appropriate programmes for children, youth and families.
• Recruit, train and lead volunteer teams and staff involved in the ministry.
• Collaborate with the wider staff team to implement Trinity’s vision and values.
• Support parents and families through resources, events and pastoral care.
• Maintain relationships with local primary and secondary schools to promote the church’s outreach.
• Organise and lead special events, camps, and community activities that foster faith formation.

Required profile

• Committed Anglican believer aligned with Trinity’s Charismatic‑Evangelical theology.
• Experience in children’s, youth or family ministry within a church setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse staff team.
• Passion for discipleship and community transformation.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; a heart for ministry and leadership is essential.
