Children’s Support Worker – Clacton

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Children’s Support Worker to provide day‑to‑day care for children in the South of England. You will help ensure their safety, emotional well‑being and personal development while working within a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver daily support to children in care, promoting safety and emotional stability.
- Encourage positive behaviour, healthy relationships and a stable environment.
- Collaborate with professionals to implement and follow individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate daily records, incident reports and handovers.
- Identify and report any safeguarding concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in UK health and social care.
- Previous work with children and young people.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and locations.
- Willingness to travel or hold a driver’s licence.
