About the role

Join iMap – Individuals Making Autism Positive as a Children’s Support Worker on day shifts, helping children and young people with autism thrive in daily life. You will be part of a small, dedicated team in Winsford, delivering compassionate care and encouraging independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist young people with personal care needs.
• Enable children and adults to express their wishes, views and feelings.
• Apply creative and innovative ideas to support education.
• Support all aspects of health and wellbeing.
• Attend appointments and arrange social activities.
• Facilitate community opportunities and promote independence.
• Act as a positive and nurturing role model.
