Children's Support Worker – Day Shift

About the role

Join a small, dedicated team in Winsford to provide day‑time support for children and young people. As a Children’s Support Worker you will help them achieve independence, wellbeing and personal growth while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist young people with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Encourage expression of wishes, views and feelings.
• Support educational activities with creative approaches.
• Promote health and wellbeing, including attending appointments.
• Organise social activities and community outings.
• Foster independence by encouraging participation in community opportunities.
• Act as a positive, nurturing role model.
