Children's Support Worker – Temporary (Maidstone, Kent)

About the role
Prospero Health & Social Care is seeking experienced Children’s Support Workers for temporary assignments in Maidstone, Kent. You will help vulnerable children and young people build resilience and develop positive coping strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct support to children and young people in a variety of settings.
- Collaborate with families, schools, social workers and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
- Promote safeguarding and child protection principles in all interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children and young people in a support role.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to work flexibly across different settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
