Children's Support Worker – Temporary, Part‑time (Havant)

About the role
We are seeking a Children’s Support Worker for temporary, part‑time assignments in the Havant area. You will provide essential support to vulnerable children and young people, helping them build resilience and positive coping strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Support vulnerable children and young people in a variety of settings.
- Assist them in developing resilience and coping mechanisms.
- Collaborate with families, schools, social workers and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
- Adapt to flexible working patterns across different locations as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children or young people in a support capacity.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
- Ability to work flexibly across various settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
