Chill Operative (Trolley Packer) – Full‑Time Production Role

About the role

We are seeking a Chill Operative (also known as a Trolley Packer) to join the busy Production Department at our Droitwich dairy plant. You will work on a 3‑week rotating shift pattern, helping to turn raw milk into a wide range of dairy products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate complex dairy production equipment to meet planned output.
• Pack and trolley finished products efficiently, adhering to waste‑reduction and cost‑saving targets.
• Replenish materials and perform routine asset care.
• Carry out accredited chemical testing and complete required operational documentation.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in line with food‑safety procedures.
• Promote and practice health and safety standards for yourself and the team.

Required profile

• Commitment to high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude with good communication of any issues.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training promptly.
