Chill Operative – Warehouse (Shift)

About the role

Join the Chill Department at Müller’s Droitwich dairy site as a Chill Operative. You will work in a temperature‑controlled environment to help process and move dairy products safely, supporting the production of high‑quality finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Manually pack product into trolleys, ensuring items are fit for purpose and reporting any non‑conformance.
• Transport full and empty trolleys across the chilled area.
• Operate and perform deep cleaning and asset care on equipment.
• Maintain good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards throughout each shift.
• Follow shift‑specific schedules (4 days on/4 days off) for AM, PM or night patterns.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in a chilled environment and wear provided PPE, including a hi‑vis coat.
• Reliability to adhere to the defined shift patterns.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement in line with Müller values.

Required skills

• Basic trolley handling and movement.
• Equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
